Bluesy version of a protest song. Great song, great singer, great guitarist, great band. You've used a rather unusual rhyme scheme (at least for me) that works fantastically for the song. You always ask me to check your lyrics and yet I think you're one of the best lyricists I know, so it's extra special seeing your comment on mine. You two gentlemen certainly can make some fabulous music. Dave smokes the strings while you put a mean bass line perfectly in place. And your vocal ain't too shabby, either! Hard yo go wrong with a power Blues number. Nice - seriously.
I paid off all my credit cards last year. I was almost $19,000 in debt with those things. Now, I owe a grand total of $87.00 on my credit cards.

This song is oozing all kinds of goodness- in the style, the lyric, the RT’s and yours and Dave’s performances. “All they are is a runaway car careening off the track. I'm belted in here with no way to steer.” Yeah! Dave’s solo is smoking hot. We were thinking of a Kenny Wayne vibe when listening and then saw the vid had a strat guy that kinda looked like him. And the vid images nail the narrative. Your vocals are standout and the vocal tag was cool. Nice mix and arrangement also. Simply a great package. Enjoyed it! J&B Thanks, you two-who-are-one. Very cool groove to this tune Marty. I agree with Dave would be very cool to play over. He did a great job. Excellent vocal and of course bass runs really made the groove.

What a rhythm! What a bass player! What a guitar player! What a chord progression! Love the instrument selection, the piano and the percussions are just perfect! I am so amazed by your creativity, whatever the style, there's another smash hit from your jukebox. And the lyrical output hits home also, we are just pieces in someone else's game. I love how your vocal interprets the message so vividly. Wish there was a backdoor out of this evil plan. Those guys on the backseat look really scary You and Dave, or should I say brothers Marty & Dave King are true entertainers, smiling even through the darkest waters. Enjoyed every beat. Janne
