It can happen to the best of us, Marty.
I can always tell when you and Dave are enjoying yourself. You sing with a smile.
It sounds like the band are in my room.
Good one.

Great song, great singer, great guitarist, great band.
You've used a rather unusual rhyme scheme (at least for me) that works fantastically for the song.
I think that's one of your best smile[Linked Image - Only viewable when logged in]
Thanks, Brain. You always ask me to check your lyrics and yet I think you're one of the best lyricists I know, so it's extra special seeing your comment on mine.

Really nice!

Thanks, Alan. So now you are a fresh target for those looking to take another piece. smile

Dave’s solo is smoking hot. We were thinking of a Kenny Wayne vibe when listening and then saw the vid had a strat guy that kinda looked like him. smile
And the vid images nail the narrative.

Your vocals are standout and the vocal tag was cool.

Nice mix and arrangement also.
Simply a great package.

Enjoyed it!

Thanks, you two-who-are-one. Yeah, first thing I did when the new BiaB came out was check out the new Styles. This one grabbed me and said write me. Dave joined in and made it soar. Kenny Wayne --yeah, he's outstanding guitarist, too. Special thanks for all your kind words.

Thanks for inviting us all in your room, Vic. Yeah, the best of us are probably the main (easier) target, although the worst of us wouldn't hold back from taking from each other.

You need to spend, spend, spend. I wonder what would happen if everybody only bought necessities for one week?
Cool song, spot-on lyrics, and an electrifying guitar. Right on, Brother Marty!

Marty & Dave,

Unfortunately that is the reality we live in. Strong warning message wrapped in amazing music with some bittersweet humor. Excellent playing both bass & guitar. Vocals - perfect. Mix is super clear. Good job on the video, feel sad for the guy in the can. Enjoyed my listen and thank you for sharing.

Misha.

P.S. Missed your team. Have a lot of catching up to do smile

Thanks, Brother Scott. Maybe there are two problems more threathening to our species than overpopulation: money and politics.

Very cool groove to this tune Marty. I agree with Dave would be very cool to play over. He did a great job. Excellent vocal and of course bass runs really made the groove.

What a rhythm! What a bass player! What a guitar player! What a chord progression! Love the instrument selection, the piano and the percussions are just perfect! I am so amazed by your creativity, whatever the style, there's another smash hit from your jukebox.

And the lyrical output hits home also, we are just pieces in someone else's game. I love how your vocal interprets the message so vividly. Wish there was a backdoor out of this evil plan. Those guys on the backseat look really scary smile

You and Dave, or should I say brothers Marty & Dave King are true entertainers, smiling even through the darkest waters. Enjoyed every beat.

Janne

Thanks, Scott. Yeah, it would be fun to play those changes all day with you two. I often think it would be cool to have a song (probably an instrumental cuz why use words) with both you and Dave.

Thanks, Janne. Of course you get it. Yep, it's someone else's game. But I sure do like to play our own little games with the folks who really matter --like here. Ai really consistently comes up with some wonky images; wonder if they program them that way on purpose. Thanks again, my friend.

Thanks, David. Nuf Sed was a bartender in Boston known for his succinct style of ending arguments in his establishment. I also like what you said after saying that is about all you can say. Thanks, David. Gotta go hear the one you just posted.
