For a synth to work with BIAB with out a lot of work the only real solution is the Hardwear modual Ketron SD2 otherwise the synth like sampletank 2 or the new Aria needs much more attention then the synth you first talked about you need a GM synth so BIAB works straight away without a lot of fiddleing the CoyoteWT which ships with BIAB is not bad but not as good as the SD2
