This is likely the best option to generate and edit in your DAW

But for information to those who may want to complete the task in BIAB, it is possible to generate selected areas as Babymusic screenshot shows.

BIAB can generate selected regions of the Chord Sheet.
Use the Record Audio option and change the PC's setting to Stereo Mix
Record bars 1-8 on any free track
Record bars 9-20 on any free track
Export the two individual track files
