Hey Guys,
I've decided to upgrade my IBM 2.2 Gigahertz desktop to a new Dell Laptop but things aren't like they used to be. I have two Audigy 2 sound cards, one for my desktop and one for an older IBM laptop which has a plug-in port for the Audigy 2 card (not a USB). I would still like to use this sound card because of the quality of sound I get from it. I've looked at the new Dells, the one I am leaning toward purchasing, and the Lenovo (IBM) series and both seem to have done away with this type of port. Gateway doesn't have one either. Any suggestions? I don't know the quality of the internal sound moduels of any of the laptops, therefore I don't know which would be the best. I have the 2010 BB Everything package which I will be using with this laptop. The reason I am leaning toward Dell, is the Graphics card that comes with the unit. I also want the computer to do 3D Cad work, as this is what I do for a living, thus I need a top of the line Graphics card.
