I'm not sure if I follow, so please clarify if possible. There is a difference between the key signature and accidentals.
Assuming you have a song in Eb, do you want to show every Eb, Bb and Ab note in the music score as an accidental?
Or do you want to show the key signature on every line of the stave, like this:
