Have you tried creating it yourself? It's not the most complicated chord sequence and it might be a good way to learn how easy it is to use BIAB.

Entering the chords is rather easy but entering the melodie takes me too much time.

The problem is that the melody is copyrighted. I don't think many people would find it profitable enough to legally sell BiaB files with copyrighted melodies. BiaB is a niche market.
You might do better going to a MIDI file or Karaoke selling site.
