Tom this is also how i envision using it. My first request was a chords and lyrics window. Which Tim has said will be added. Muting and such is good to that seems to nor work yet. One thing to think about is you can create the song files in BiaB desktop version and therefore add or subtract the instruments you need and save them to a folder. recently i saved about 600 BiaB files i have collected to my iClouds drive and can call them up on my iPad. From there with my laptop i will slowly create a playlist of songs that i have processed to taste first. at the moment that will suffice until the app matures. I also have used Jamzone to play live music and it is very useful but also has some limitations. Maybe between the two there will be the right tools.
