ASIO itself isn't something you download, it's something that your sound card manufacturer would need to create when writing the drivers. It's possible to download "fake" ASIO drivers like FlexASIO which merely redirect to your existing Windows Audio or MME drivers, while "real" ASIO drivers bypass Windows Audio entirely.

Something like FlexASIO might also correct this issue - try downloading it from here: https://github.com/dechamps/FlexASIO/releases

The EXE file is what you want - download and run it, then relaunch PowerTracks and select ASIO driver type then choose the FlexASIO driver. See if that helps at all - if it doesn't help and the error message happens on all 3 driver types then we have something further to look into.
