It has an issue with either your Audio device or your MIDI device settings (maybe a mismatch?)
Funny, once again we are back to tinkering with the same Options-Preferences area, just better clues to work with now

Tinker around with those settings.
Change one, test, if no success then change it back and test something else
rinse & repeat
We can guess one at a time or you can test a bunch using the clues

If I was testing, looks like MIDI is going to WT Synth instead of ASIO4All .. just a guess
