Yes, I agree you should try the previous 2025 build. To do this, you simply need to install the patch over top (it will tell you that you are installing an earlier build, and can just say okay).
Next it will take a little bit of troubleshooting. Duplicate your Styles folder so you have a backup of your full Styles folder. Next, open the Styles folder in Explorer and sort by date modified (List or Details view is easiest) (1) Remove all files dated within the last year (or move them to some temporary folder). Try rebuilding (fast rebuild). Does the error still happen? (2) Repeat but remove all files dated within the last six years. (3) If the problem still happens remove all except for the ZZ* styles. Let us know the result.
