I use MobileSheetsPro (on Android), but it's also available for iPad.
My colleagues who use iPads use iGigBook which was on iPad before MobileSheets. I know not which is better.
Outdoors with sun and a breeze I'm more likely to use a music stand and cloths pegs/pins or similar.
Jazz relative beginner, starting at a much older age than was helpful.
