OP HogTime Apprentice Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 238 California	I thought I read someplace this was not possible, but here’s my situation. I have a song that I want the first two beats of various measures in the song to only be a drum rim shot or similar. Looking at the chord options window, this does not seem to be possible. Thanks, I'm unsure exactly what you want - do you want only drums playing a shot with all of the other instruments silent, or do you want the drums to play a shot while the other tracks play normally? In both cases this can be done with the Chord Options window - set the rest type to Shot then exclude the other instruments. If you want the other instruments to be silent, use the checkbox for "Excluded tracks should rest". If you want the shot to be exactly a single rimshot, then Audiotrack's advice would be best, as the pre-programmed shots are different for each RealDrum and might not be a rimshot (they may be toms, snare, crash, etc). You can combine this with using the Bar Settings window to mute tracks as desired. I work here
