Another little known fact: That dream almost came true; I used to sing with a 14-piece big band eons ago. This brought all that fun back.

Your voice is perfect for this genre! I have a song planned called "Flying Forties" which is the same chord structure as my "Flying Free" instrumental, but features BiaB's 'Crooner Big Band w/ 9-Part Horns' with 'Rum Runner Old Jazz Vocal Solo' at the start and end, and 'Speakeasy Old Time Vocal Jazz' harmony vocals. Your vocals would suit the song perfectly, plus lyrically it's very light-hearted spirituality. My problem at home is that due to being separated by my even more aged neighbour's flat by thin plasterboard walls I can't record either guitar or vocals without disturbing her, so it could be months before I get the opportunity to record the prototype song. But just in case I ever get it done, would you be interestred?
