Nope, Biab has a hard coded 255 bar limit. I'm assuming you want to add some Biab backing tracks to this so the answer is to put it into Real Band and use the ACW to create a tempo map. If you don't have RB you could also try putting your mp3 into a wave editor like Audacity, find an appropriate spot and cut it in half. Work on both halves separately in Biab and then put them back into Audacity and stitch them together.
