Thanks for the detail which is quite helpful
What version of the Install Manager are you running? The latest is version 1.092. I'm not sure if this might resolve problems found with earlier versions, but It's worthwhile to have the latest available version installed.
After you select 'Install' for the RealTracks, is there any interaction by the Install Manager program?
