Are you saying that the Realtrack you select is being substituted by another Realtrack when you press the Play/Generate button?
If so, it's possibly due to BIAB's default behaviour where BIAB will substitute a RT that the program has determined to be a better fit for the song's tempo. To stop this behaviour...
1) On a song-by-song basis, go into Song Settings (CTRL+N) and uncheck "Allow Realtrack substitution based on tempo".
2) To permanently disable it for every song... Select "Options | Preferences | Realtracks" and uncheck "Allow Realtrack substitution based on tempo".
