Thanks for your comments.
Rob Ickes - he has a number of Real Tracks on Band in A Box and I have used one of them on this song.
Mix - over the years I have gradually been using less and less reverb and effects and my mixes have improved accordingly. I set all instruments in BIAB to the default Reverb setting of 40 apart from the bass which has zero (never ever apply reverb to a bass). Then in my DAW I apply a sparing amount of short reverb to the vocals and maybe a touch of extra short reverb to the lead instrument if required. That's it - reasonably professional sounding mix.
