Checking the relevant statements and from what I can determine is that "other countries have to make a deal and if they don't make a deal then the US will set the deal because they are the ones that set the deal... and it'll be a fair deal for everybody". etc etc.

However, by the time you read this, who knows? It's a good question, but none of us could possibly suggest that PG Music should know how to accurately answer the question at this time. Some things seem to change hour-by-hour.
