There's a company down in Baton Rouge called HEARS PLUGINS.

They have come out with a plugin that you place at your master track. There is an audiology-type hearing test that you go through that determines your hearing deficiency and makes up for it while you record and mix. Once you're ready to do a mixdown you bypass HEARS and record your mix track and you're much better off. Friends of mine use and swear by it—not expensive either.
