I'm a bit stuck as to why you want a melody in F and a backing track in Eb. do you want the melody in F to use with another program and lose the backing tracks? If so change the key to F and only export the melody track, igmoring the other tracks in the mixer.If you could give a bit more explanation of what you are trying to do I'm sure we can get an easy fix from the forum. Want to practice the Melody track with my Bb trumpet. I could look at lead sheet of Melody which would now be in key of F ... though the song key is Eb.
