When you click on the song key in the toolbar, in the menu that pops up there's an option to "Set Visual Notation Transpose" - this visually transposes the chord sheet and notation into a different key, while keeping the audio in concert pitch. If you set the visual transpose to +2 that'll correspond to a Bb instrument.
