Thanks Mac - works like a charm now. What happened -> The Print Options provide checkboxes for 'Clef Sign Every Line' and 'Key Signature Every Line'. However these check boxes are arranged in thoroughly different places within the Print Options dialog than in the Notation Options dialog. I rarely need to change anything in the Print Options dialog ... thus these checkboxes sort of escaped my attention kind of silently - much as if they were covered with one of those SEP fields (ya' remember -> the Hitchhiker's ' Somebody Elses Problem' cloaking field), since I simply expected them somewhere in the region of where they show up in the Notation Options dialog. Thanks to your nudge I double checked on this Print Options dialog and ... 'course these checkboxes were unchecked. In my earlier frustration I fired up an earlier version of BB - featuring unknowingly checked pertinent checkboxes. Which led me jumping to guns ... Oh well, thanks for the nudge
