Imported midi file.
Mixer shows Bass, Organ, Drums, Guitar, Strings, and Melody.
Lets say song key is Eb.
Is there a way to change just the Melody track to the key of F ... ?

I'm a bit stuck as to why you want a melody in F and a backing track in Eb. do you want the melody in F to use with another program and lose the backing tracks? If so change the key to F and only export the melody track, igmoring the other tracks in the mixer.
If you could give a bit more explanation of what you are trying to do I'm sure we can get an easy fix from the forum.

Want to practice the Melody track with my Bb trumpet. I could look at lead sheet of Melody which would now be in key of F ... though the song key is Eb.

Want to practice the Melody track with my Bb trumpet. When you click on the song key in the toolbar, in the menu that pops up there's an option to "Set Visual Notation Transpose" - this visually transposes the chord sheet and notation into a different key, while keeping the audio in concert pitch. Thanks Simon ... that should work.
Is there a way to have just the Melody track ( or any track I choose )
show on the lead sheet ? The Lead Sheet by default shows only one track at a time - other tracks have to be manually added. You can read about it on this page of the online manual: https://www.pgmusic.com/manuals/bbw2025full/chapter8.htm#lead-sheet-window
