Hello. Will BIAB 2012 work on Windows 11 if installed from the original discs? Anything else I should know

Hello. Will BIAB 2012 work on Windows 11 if installed from the original discs? Anything else I should know
about installation? Thanks! I'm not knowledgeable if it is installable or not, but i would go ahead and try to install it anyway. Possibly it would be OK.

I don’t know either. But if it installs yet will not work, try right-clicking on the .EXE file and tell it to run as if under Windows 7. Something like that; I’m not at a computer.

BIAB 2012 was built for Windows 7. It might work ok on Windows 11, however we cannot guarantee or support it.
The first version that officially supports Windows 11 is BIAB 2021.

to the op. its sooo cheap to upgrade to 2025 bb if were me i wouldnt bother with 2012 frankly. heres a comparison of the various bb packages from under 100 bucks up. https://www.pgmusic.com/bbwin.packages.htm(ps see my pc tips in pg tips forum re useing any pc for music production. you might find them usefull at some point.)
