But it wouldn't make the song better. It's a killer song!
Thanks Ron, I'll listen for that on a couple other systems. Glad you liked it.

Good one, Bill, enjoyed.
Thanks Dave. Love your stuff too.

Yeah thanks, I changed that. Anyway, there are no girls who have never been on youtube.

Also some cool chords in the chorus.
If it was on Soundcloud, I’d add it to my playlist ‘Andrew’s BIAB songwriter favs’.

Thanks Andrew, I've been trying to do songs that use pedal steel but aren't country. Glad you liked it and found it on Soundcloud. I dont use that site enough.

This is nicely done and a good lyric write as well.

I try to make my lyrics as open ended as I can. Hopefully, more people can identify with them that way. Yes, it is about loss, but loss can come in many forms. The chorus slaps you back to reality. Glad you liked it

Thanks Floyd. Marty and I have been playing together for 35 years or so. Me and the steel go back even further. Glad you liked it

Thanks, Nothing like a steel. I hope it makes a comeback.

Thanks Ray. Glad you liked it. My hearing is going in that range. I'll have to get a proofreader ..prooflistener?
