I have a song I'm trying to listen to, but BIAB keeps playing a 2nd ver. that starts exactly 1 bar behind the 1st one. I've tried hitting the >+ key to reset it, but it still does the same thing. HELP  , KC

This is usually caused by there being an audio file saved with the same filename as your SGU/MGU song file. Check to see if any audio file exists in the same folder with the same name, and if so, rename the file to something else.
The reason for this is BB automatically loads audio files with the same name as your song, and imports these onto the Audio track.

Thanks, but I moved an MP3, the only other audio file in that folder, and it still has the same problem. I sent the SGU file to support just now. Would you like to see it?

I've already got your SGU file, it sounds perfectly fine on my end. Can you try copying it to your desktop (or to another folder if it already resides on your desktop) then opening it from there?
If that doesn't help, can you look in the mixer to see if any tracks are shown in orange? Also, look in the mixer under the Plugins tab and see what's showing there, particularly on the drums track or on the master track?
