The instrumentation is thoughtfully arranged, creating a mellow and inviting soundscape that complements the song's lyrical content. There's a simplicity to the music that allows the vocals and the story to take centre stage. The melody is catchy and memorable, and the overall vibe is easygoing and optimistic, despite the slightly complex subject matter.

Your unique and always great vocals are sincere and convey a genuine sense of emotion. I can feel the empathy and understanding in your delivery. It's a song that's both thoughtful and enjoyable, making one reflect on the complexities of modern relationships while tapping your foot along to the beat.

"She's Got a Kid" is a testament to your amazing songwriting ability Marty. It's a unique and charming song that was well worth a listen. For anyone looking for something a little different, with a touch of heart and a dose of reality, this track is definitely for you.
Loved it

In my effort to be "Oh So Seriass" I forgot to mention Bob's amazingly great harp playing..................sorry Bob.
Ah, Izzy, you are quickly becoming one of my favorite living writers. On the dead side it would be the author of In His Own Write and A Spaniard In The Works. Seriassly. I wonder how many guys heard her talk about her baby, and split before realizing he was the babe. Yeah, through empathy I felt the guys pain, although I couldn't see why he reacted the way he did. When we talk about modern relationships, the guy had nothing to worry about. They coulda got divorced a few weeks later. Thanks, Izzy. Please write a book --about anything or nothing.

Bob's Harp is a delight.

HAHA. Thanks for the vote, Floyd. Bob liked that one too. I always loved what Bob does on the chromatic harp, but the Blues requires the diatonic approach, and he was a delight.
