No audio to midi drum track seems to work near as well as from the actual BIAB song.
...................................................... I have run into the identical problem regardless of what MIDI sound source I use. I will try a BiaB underlines drum track in my DAW via the drop and drag method but most all of the time I will either use the audio drum track , use a BiaB MIDI drum track, or use a third party MIDI drum loops like GrooveMonkee: https://groovemonkee.com/Most of the time I have found trying to get a converted BiaB drum track to sound like the audio, or at least close to the audio, a waste of time, and I work almost exclusively in MIDI. Maybe others have had success but I haven't.
I got banned from Weight Watchers for dropping a bag of M&Ms on the floor.
