I think the "for seniors" bit is just primarily where he's targetting, but the videos are good for anyone who wants to learn BiaB.
It wasn't obvious to me whether you post was being overwhelmed by videos generally or the PGM ones in particular ... for me that have too much padding, too much music and then go through the too quickly through the bits in which I'm interested.
