That vocal is very appropriate for the song and the genre.

Nicely done. It's good to see the diversity of the music people are doing with BiaB.

Hi, Christian.

Sounds good! Google tells me the lyrics are approximately:

Oversized ego
Undersized ego
It's like a Lego game
Where every piece must find its place
Chess or Go
It's not vital to be an ace
There's always worse or better
But the important thing lies elsewhere
Oversized ego
Undersized ego

Inferiority complex
Or superiority complex
Finally dare to express yourself
Tolerate not winning
Everyone could take responsibility
From the first to the last
But some overdo it
When others behave in a straight line
The goal to set
Is to lose your inhibitions

Oversized ego
Undersized ego
For the slightest relationship
You have to manage your appearance
Some aim for discretion
When others go overboard
Start by accepting yourself
Would reduce difficulties
Well-balanced ego
Everyone must calibrate it

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?

Précisément! These lyrics sum up one of life's great complexities - the adequate (or accurate) projection of one's persona (which might differ from one's image to a greater or lesser degree). Very interesting.

Cool. As soon as I saw the song pic I thought of Lennon's Eric Hearble.

Fun jazzy feel in the Latin vein. So well done. Excellent vocal. It's hard to be still with this catchy beat. I love the chages, too. Well done, Chris.

Enjoy whatever happens!

Bonjour Chris,
Une belle ambiance latine pour un sujet psychologique. La voix douce s'intègre bien à l'ensemble.

A pleasure to listen to even though I don't understand French. The beat is pulsing and the melody engaging.

Great contribution, Christian. The Toontrack piano was particularly pleasing, and Monsieur's vocal was icing. Well done.

Hi Christian! Your choice of instrumentation for this song is wonderful. I love the Latin syncopated piano and percussion - it’s like all instruments have their own space to operate within. For me though, it is the chord progression with some very pleasing chord moves outside of the key (at least it sounds like it) and there are several points where you use a semitone drop - it’s either i - #VII or I - #VII - what ever it is, it sounds great!

The vocal in this was exactly right for the piece, but I'd have loved to have seen the English translation of the lyrics.
