I bought Band In A Box and installed I on my M2 Max. I also bought the preinstalled drive. I would like to run it off the preinstalled drive but not uninstall it from my internal drive. Can that be done? Thanks for any help.
Yes, there are instructions for doing so but I’m not remembering where (on my phone at the moment). You can chat with Support and they’ll show you the document..
You need to run a minimal installation set so that certain required support libraries are in the right folders but, once that is done, you can run BIAB from the hard drive.
Since you have installed it on your machine, you can run it from your hard drive now but I expect that you are looking to reclaim space from your System drive.
