This song is a beautiful tribute and the video was special.
Bud’s Mama would have said, “what a precious son Marty is!”
(Janice said it would have taken her quite a while to sing it for stopping to cry. )
Your vocal is great and Shigeki’s string arrangement was lovely.
And we really liked the opening with the piano
This is one of those songs for which it's not necessary to parse out everything.
Just use the time to listen again.

Yeah, my vocals are usually shakey, but there were times in this one where it was even worse. Man, you're right about Shigeki's contribution. Love that guy and what he can do to make a song so much better.

Nice tribute to your dad. My dad passed when I was 16. He used Old Spice too.
I like the song. strings sound good. So does everything else.
I listened to Dan's version. His reminded me of John Denver a lot.
Both versions nicely done.

Both versions are beautiful in their own way, but ... as David Cuny writes, yours is you. Incredible and irreplaceable.
