A Grumpy Old Man

Just me spouting off about some of my pet peeves.

The lyrics are on SoundCloud.

The drums are RDs from BiaB style Deviant Distored chugging Grunge.
The choir is MIDI using EastWest's Play preset Hollywood Backup Singers.
I am playing the guitar and bass guitar as well as yelling!

I hope this at least brings a grin to your face!

The bumper sticker said "I'm a veterinarian, therefore I can drive like an animal".
Suddenly I realized how many proctologists are on the road.

Now that is awesome! Love everything about this!

So entertaining! smile

Mario!
I had to laugh at the count in after the intermission … ‘1 … 234’. Ha!
You’ve summed up the difficulties of people like me with arthritis so well I can now get on with my day without feeling the need to have a whinge - thank you! Some days, I am sure I am on Candid Camera as I attempt to open a jar or use the roll of cling wrap.
To cleanse myself, I think I will now go and listen to my song ‘First world problems’.
A very humorous song of yours to get my day started. Thank you!

Excellent!! God, I hate to admit it, but it sounds an awful like me! I guess I'm a GOM, too! Funny observations and a nice mix to accompany it all. Very fun listen!!

This is hilarious! Mario can handle also Iggy Pop punk genre without a hitch.
Lyrically easy to relate to, you are at the heart of the matter.
Those drums and the guitars create a perfectly grumpy feel.
Super grumpy vocals, enjoyed every word. And those harmony singers are so perfect!!!
Your creativity shines and brightens up any cloudy day! grin smile

Zing! What a great tune, and so many great performances! The "yelling" is perfect. Those BGVs are pretty cool, too. Like how the needle was knocked off the platter at the end, or that's what it sounded like to me. Amazing song, Mario!

Thanx Janice and Bud. If I added all other of my "irritants" the song would be about 2 hours long, maybe even longer grin

Thanx Bob. I thought that break fit perfectly with the tone of the song. I'm glad you liked it.

Andrew, I feel your arthritic pain as I also have arthritis in my hands. That is how I know about the song's subject. I'm glad you liked it.

Thanx Janne. I didn't know that I was handling "Iggy Pop punk genre"; I was just playing what I felt was the right background for this song. I'm glad you liked it.

Thanx Ron I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'll have to check that ending. However that is a great suggestion for a song ending! Thanx for that also.

Hi, Mario.

Ha! That was fun.

Exactly as it says on the tin.

The EW vocalists sound a bit like the vocals on Pink Floyd's "Not Now John". laugh
