BIAB's stem splitter defaults to placing the unstripped Master on the Audio Track because it is the default for the ACW, So it is reading and analyzing an unaltered audio file.

The analyzed stems are synced to the Master Track during the process. Chord detection by the ACW would be on the unaltered Audio Track and it's possible AI generated artifacts could prompt bad chord analysis but not necessarily any worse results than might be found on a live recording with background noise.

The tempo mapping is done manually so there should be no issues with it.
