Just want to add that deactivating a computer must be done before uninstalling BB or wiping the computer. BB cannot be deactivated if it is not installed, nor can we deactivate BB remotely.

In cases where a computer dies or otherwise cannot be deactivated, you can contact our tech support team and request an additional activation.
