Celebrating another musical milestone...I just posted my 600th recording on my soundclick.com site....it's a song I wrote for my son Ian when he was off to college and preparing to get married...some fatherly advice...so it was many years ago...I'm still archiving and updating music from way back when...I used the Suno A.I. engine to do the new melody, arrangement and production...I incorporated the group I've named "The Guys"...so if you do...thanks for listening...Dan

Dan,

Great song and message. Such an infectious groove. Love the use of Suno here. The mix is excellent and the sound is so clear & present.

Congratulations on 600 recordings. Quite an accomplishment!

Dan, I really enjoyed this work. So professionally produced and great performance. Not sure what elements of BIAB were used, but it all sounded great.

My only comment: if this were my project, I'd insert a bar or two between the bridge and the chorus--maybe with a sparse solo element--just to set off the bridge a bit. It's a short bridge, and, if I wasn't following the lyrics, I might think that the first part of the chorus was part of the bridge..again, just my thought on construction.

Nonetheless, thoroughly enjoyed it and totally agree with the message to son! Good work, Dad!

Tom...I think you're right about that space...it needs a drum fill or something...maybe a modulation wink

WOW! Outstanding, extraordinary, incredible, superior --or any superlative of choice. Man, these redos are absolutely wonderfully done, Dan. There should be a radio channel dedicated to your music. What a great group(s) you manage, Dan, and you write songs that can inspire anyone at any level. Very impressive work, sir.

Enjoy whatever happens!

I ❤️ it! Not only can you put together something with Soul, your creativity and producing skills are top notch.

The background vocals are on point and ADD so much to the song.

Very well done friend!

This is an excellent song with great vocals. I'm 100% one with and pro the theme - "We need to risk a life of service to something higher than ourselves" - but I often shy away from Christian songs, not because of Christianity itself but that extremism can enter what I call the Middle Eastern religions (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) in a way that's rare among other world traditions. In a way, something external is being worshipped/idolised when as Jesus said, the kingdom of Heaven is within. Since my teens I've wanted to *know" the Divine, not have beliefs or opinions about it - though real faith differs from programmed belief (a system which one has been brought up with) as it's intuitively inspired - and from my early 30s I've had via Grace many direct inner world experiences of the Holy Spirit and without direct experience it's impossible to *know* just how extensively vast, *mega-potent* and *supra-supra-supra-super-Majestic* what I call that Divine Extension of the One truly is. But that banter aside, I truly love the spirit if the message in this song.

Some favourite Waoist Adages:
#1: Play on the Way.
#13: Ask not for whom the flower blooms, it blooms for you.
#58: Bring consciousness to it.
#63: On the road to effortlessness, effort must be made.
#92: Be Love Now, the rest will come on its own.
