WaoBand Expert Joined: May 2023 Posts: 1,505 UK	This is a really excellently produced song with a great rhythm and flow, but it's let down by the too low volume vocals and as a result I've no idea what the lyrics are about. Maybe it's personal taste, but I think the lyrics should be clearly heard and the guitar solos brought up to the same level. That would make it stand out when currently it doesn't as the flowing rhythm sort of flatlines. Whoah! I've only just read the lyrics and until then I had no idea what the song was about. They're excellent lyrics that really should be heard, but it's impossible at the current level of the vocals. Some favourite Waoist Adages: #1: Play on the Way. #13: Ask not for whom the flower blooms, it blooms for you. #58: Bring consciousness to it. #63: On the road to effortlessness, effort must be made. #92: Be Love Now, the rest will come on its own.

Like the way the "ooohhooo buckle up!" lyric is squeezed out of the chorus. Super guitar fills and vocals. Nice one! But no one else has mentioned it, so maybe it's fine. I'm a huge fan and this song, while different for SL, gave we fans what we were craving. My only question re the ending--was that a fade out, since the track stopped? Maybe just a mix choice. Real nice feel to this, enjoyed my listen! IMHO the vocal must come up in volume. Again this is only my opinion and others may or may not agree. Whenever I get something stuck in the back of my throat, I dislodge it by drinking a beer. The vocal seemed a little thin over my listening set up. I 'heard' the 1st "such a beautiful place to kiss" as "such a beautiful place to kill".
