Thank you for visiting and taking the time to have listen and to pass on your thoughts. Your breakdown of the song pretty much parallels how I think about it. As you would know, Life isn't always easy, and many things don't work out the way that a person would have preferred. In these lyrics, I've tried to capture that kind of moment. Rather than look at this loss negatively, though, I wanted to create something that focused on the feelings of hope that sometimes emerge once the upset starts to settle down. And thanks for your comments are the mix, too. I have great admiration for your mixes and I'm pleased to read that I'm no the right track. Mixing is something that I still struggle with greatly!
