The best way is to Export the song as a MIDI file or a Music XML file. Import that into your notation program. You will find the Export function in the File, Save Special menu.

BIAB has a print function with options, for a rougher printout.

I don't know what your level of experience is with notation software.

By the way, the notation for RealTracks, if that's what we are talking about, is there for educational purposes. It contains none of the nuances of the performance (unless it's a piano track, which was likely recorded directly from a digital piano). There's more to it, if you would like to tell us more about what you are doing this for.
