While it is true that Native AS apps will not run on Intel machines, Universal apps contain both Intel and Native AS code and will therefore run on both Intel and Apple Silicon machines. It has been over four years since the Apple Silicon Macs were released and we are still stuck with Rosetta which was meant to be a short term bandaid. What will it take for PG Music to address this shortcoming? Are they really going to wait until Apple no longer supports Rosetta? Very disappointing. Be disappointed, I suppose. You are assuming that, when Rosetta 2 is dropped, your Universal apps will still run on both platforms. Apple’s history does not support your assumption. How many apps ran both PPC and Intel after Rosetta was dropped?
