The band has such a light (and happy) touch that Janice kept looking at the door.
She said she was waiting the entrance of Fred Astaire, which to her would be heavenly. 😊
The lyric is sweet and we both loved that last line, “my dear theistic quest.”
Your harmonica playing is so good.

Catchy intro, the jazzy band is pleasant and the harmonica fits like a halo for a saint. Nice vocals express the message in a personal way. I really enjoyed the lyrics and your tenderheartedly romantic touch, also the rhyming is super clever: "celestial zest - habitually nest - planetary pest" words that seem like having nothing in common, but you have connected them very naturally and logically. Your music always puts me in a good mood.

Thank you so much! Yes, I think of Fred Astaire with a lot of these tunes. I'm glad you like the harp. I've tried to make a user RT in the past but switching keys on the fly was tough for me. I could edit it in post, still thinking about that workaround. Maybe it'll happen, but I might need some help. Intonation is always an issue as well. I would need a harp tech's assistance in that area. We'll see.
Glad you liked the line, "My dear theistic quest." I almost took it out, but it made the final cut.
I have more tunes, wish I could find a crooner. Maybe I'll get lucky some day. Thanks again!

Wow, thanks, Janne, for such a great review. Especially appreciate you mentioning the lyrics. I don't sing well, so reaching the listener in other ways is my only hope. "Halo on a saint." I'll never forget that analogy! Thanks so much again!

Thanks, Scott. I feel like brushes are really hard to mix. Especially with RealDrums where all the parts of a kit are on one track. Not sure if what I'm doing is right, so it's great to get feedback. Thanks again.
