Peaceful Visions

Sit in your favorite chair, drink your favorite drink, and let your mind wonder, weaving in and out of consciousness.

BiaB style - Recline Americana Ballad
Tempo - 30 BPM

I only used the Piano and Guitar tracks, both converted to MIDI.
Piano - Korg - Triton Extreme - VS Tine - Epiano
Guitar - Kontakt - Amadeus - nylon string guitar

Via my breath and keyboard controllers I am playing the following:
1-EastWest - Symphonic Choir - Sopranos
2-EastWest - Symphonic Choir - Altos
3-Swam alto flute

Via my keyboard I am playing the following:
1-Kontakt - Amadeus - full string ensemble and the Solid State Orchestra - strings - both for the string background
2-Kontakt - Amadeus - Basses

As always all comments are welcomed.

Mario,

Peaceful indeed… What an absolutely wonderful track. Love to hear you in combination with BIAB tracks. No one does MIDI like you.

Awesome!

Mario, very emotive. Beautifully slow development and very "peaceful" to reflect on. Nicely arranged and played, too. You are the Jedi master of MIDI for sure!

"Sit in your favorite chair, drink your favorite drink, and let your mind wonder, weaving in and out of consciousness"

No problem with the chair but it's a bit early for the favorite drink!

MIDI, controllers, keyboards, arrangement ... you are THE man.

Peaceful to the max and much enjoyed!

It feels like it has been a long time since I last was lucky enough to listen to a MarioD song - and I think the title was aptly chosen. Very smooth, I've always been quite fond of instrumentals like this. Thanks for sharing it! smile

Cheers,
Ember

Truly beautiful and relaxing opus, Mario. I didn't get much sleep last night so listening to this almost had me in dreamland. Definitely one of your best.

That was beautiful, Mario. I loved the choral bits. It brought to mind the music from the Titanic movie which I always loved.

Interesting to hear a super slow meter. I esp liked the introduction of the guitar into the symphonic mix. Very expertly-woven sonic tapestry. Enjoyed it 100%.

"Sit in your favorite chair, drink your favorite drink, and let your mind wonder, weaving in and out of consciousness." Somewhat of a daily routine for sure. Your music is also a daily ritual for me, Mario. Seems I never go a day without having one of your songs come up next in Soundcloud, and then very often I would be inspired to go to your channel and make a list. Man, 30 BPM --often much harder than 250. Brilliant piece here.

Enjoy whatever happens!

Very nicely done, Mario. My favorite part was when the flute showed up.

I've done several songs at 40 bpm, but never as slow as 30. You did it quite nicely!

A full yet gentle and comforting listen. You're the best with these songs!

Take care,

Alan
