I own Band in a Box 2020 "Ultra pack" version. If I upgrade to the new 2025 "Pro pack" (a lesser version) I guess I will lose the additional content that came with the 2020 "Ultra pack". Is there a way where I can combine the new features of Pro 2025 and keep the extra content of my 2020 Ultra pack install? As long as you install 2025 on top of 2020 it will keep all of the older content. Simple as that! No, you absolutely won't lose anything you've already purchased — it will adapt naturally. I wouldn't put it that way. If you install any 2025 version over the 2020 UltraPAK, then the 2025 version would be able to use the styles and Realtracks from the UltraPAK. If you only install the 2025 Pro version then it will not have the UltraPAK content. You won't lose any content, however it requires steps to keep it. If it is just the new 2025 "features" you want you can just purchase the 2025 version (no new content but all the new features). I don't see the reason to buy the Pro Pack if you have the prior Ultra pack. The "program only" update you're talking about will only work if upgrading from a 2024 version. As Rick has a 2020 version it will not work - however the Pro upgrade will work. The Pro upgrade will also include at least some new content.
