The the image you show with two leger lines between the Bass and trebal Clef (the Grand Staff) is NOT standard piano notation. That, plus it just looks weird to me for piano.

Now In regards to Muscore: Yes, you can adjust the number of ledger lines displayed between the bass and treble clefs in MuseScore, but it's important to understand how MuseScore handles ledger lines and how to adjust spacing between staves to achieve your desired appearance. I would refer you to the MuseScore manual.
