Thanks Guitarhacker. And HERE is the answer to the destination folder "Destination Track (first)" question. See arrow 1 in the attached picture. After talking with PG, it became clear that there are two possibilities. 1. If you choose "Audio", the stems will start populating at that spot and then down through available Utility Tracks and the original imported non-split file will be ERASED !!!! 2. If you wish to preserve the originally imported non-split audio track that you may have adjusted before splitting, be sure to choose "Utility #1" from the drop down menu so that the stems will start populating from here downward and not ERASE the original un-split audio track in the "audio" track location.
