I would like to have heard the drums quite a bit louder and with a touch more middle-high EQ.

You sure did catch the music of the eras and the genre so prevalent at the time.

Uh, were Frankie and Annette listening in the background?

I recently (early this year) wrote two songs of the era, and I think they are really good songs, but I don't have the voice for either of them. I recorded them, and the vocals sounded like a cow having a hernia! I might go to FIVR and see if anyone there can do a decent job on them.

Anyway, I enjoyed my listen. Your music always settles nicely in my ears.

Thanx Alan for listening and commenting. I grew up with the Ventures, including the "surf era". While preforming this on the beach I did see Frankie and Annette but believe it or not I saw Gilligan sitting at the bar! If anyone on seen the old beach movies they will get the Gilligan comment.

I get most of my exercise these days from shaking my head in disbelief.
