quote=Simon - PG Music]This tends to happen with styles that use half-time or double-time RealTracks, as those are generated in a different way than regular RealTracks - it's totally normal, and the chords are supposed to turn back to black once the song starts playing. Is that what's happening here? Also what's the name of the style that was used?[/quote]

Howdy.

I don't really use styles as I like to make up my band as I go. That's from using RT's and RD's for a long time. For this song I started with an SGU for which I created a song years ago and never had a problem. The style on the style bar is _Fedora

I made the chord changes with no issues and did a lot generations of RT's for my DAW. Then a day or so later when I regenerated all the chords turned red with one red dot and each bar had red dots in it - chord present or not. I reset it under chord options and all turned back normal until I played it. I reset again, copied all the chords while all was black and pasted it into a new SGU for which I created our current forum song Black Dust Blues. I had no problem with the new SGU. My FWIW guess is that it was a corrupted file given that the issue randomly occurred and I had never seen it before. Should I mark this resolved?

Thank you for getting back to me.

Bud

PS Janice and I are working on a covers album and, of course, we can't post them which I completely understand. But I did want to mention that our cover of These Days by Jackson Brown received over 28,000 streams in one month on a popular Spotify playlist. I mention this because other than Peter's guitar all the tracks were RT's and RD's. And all of our covers for the album will also be all BiaB. Thought y’all might like that. 😀
