Flippin' eck! This was wonderful! There's a lot of this kind of thing where I live, and a lot of it tends to sound alike (a friend of mine joked once that it's really all just one song). This stands out in so many ways. It's just alive and full of expression! Well done. Hi beth, I always smile when I see your name attached to anything I post - particularly your comments on my music. I don't know where you live in France, but I've been there three times and have been to only two cities of note: Paris and Metz. While in Paris on one of my trips, I went to the Moulin Rouge and was treated to some fine Gypsy Jazz as well as other entertainment. It was worth the inflated price! But i did hear a lot of Gypsy Jazz around town in my 4 days there. I'm delighted this one pleases you and stands out from the daily dose. That's a very compliment for which I am very grateful.
