Yes it begs the question of how would they determine such. I sense no technical reason AI music companies could not be required to digitally stamp productions in the manner that streaming platforms could use algorithms to detect them. But what the heck does this old and ole skool guy know? Not much other than I’m happy to live in my streaming bubble that allows me to listen to music I love.

That makes sense by those 'curators'; AI learns by scraping human created content, most of the time with no credit given. That's an issue that is going to be in the courts more and more.

In the example I posted, the guy's YT channel does AI covers as it's focus and and somehow he gets away with it.
Using Parody as his out, like Weird Al? Or just getting away with it, or maybe he actually licenses it .. then again, wherever he is may have different copyright laws altogether.
