Trying to edit an existing controller on a track?
I use the Event List
You can filter and adjust data there
'E' icon
Or select a section, Edit and use the Datafilter checkbox .. lots of options in there
Or you can record controllers on a different track, but that's a lot more complicated
Most times I'd just re-record it to save time
